Do my owners or cleaners pay?
No. Invite as many owners, staff and guests as you need at no cost. You pay by property.
Is there a free plan?
No. There is a 14-day trial with everything on. A free plan attracts hobby hosts and costs everyone else support time.
Does HoztSync take a cut of my bookings?
No. We do not touch the stay. The only fee is 3% on services guests buy through your store, revenue you did not have before.
What counts as a property?
An active listing you manage. Archive a property and it stops counting.
Can I change plans?
Any time. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades at the next renewal.
Is there a contract?
Month to month. Cancel any time from Settings. See the refund policy for the details.
